About: The project is about densifying a area outside of aarhus, gellerup parken. My building will be a central part of the new city center in gellerup, with it’s 12 000 people and increasing. The focus is a sustainable approach where it’s easy to change the facade of the building so the owner can put his/hers personal feel to where he/she lives in a jungle of similar buildings in the surroundings. Since this is a part of the center it’s important that the floors have the possibility to change from apartment to office space.
