About: The assignment was to create a polyvalent space at Bispetorv in Aarhus center. My project is about creating a public space in the historic context. The building brings the theatre out to the space, it becomes the scene for the people. Through theories of folding, the shape of the building was created. It’s two scenes, one inside and one outside, and different levels within the building which creates different zones for different use. The tribune on the roof is an open space, for everyone, to meet and interact.
